I had a promising start at Ivy Park Resort, with a spacious room and a beautiful location near Mapro Garden. However, things quickly took a downturn due to poor service and lack of basic amenities. The overall experience was a mix of good food and frustrating issues, like the cleanliness and privacy in the room.

The Superior Room was quite large, but the cleanliness left much to be desired, as house-keeping staff forgot to clean my room. The balcony's glass partition between ours and the neighboring room really ruined our privacy.

While the staff was polite and tried to assist, the service was a major letdown. I faced delays in food delivery and several times they forgot my instructions, like bringing an extra blanket without ringing the bell, which disturbed my sleeping child.
